We are centrally located within 30 minutes of all of these activities listed!  Use the B & B as your jumping off point for a week or weekend of activities!

Fishing

  • We have many lakes very close (within 10 minutes) to our location.  If you would like to have a fishing outing, contact us and we will set something up with a local company.
  • East and West Rush Lake are located just a few miles west on county road 1.
  • Fish lake, located west of Harris on county road 10.
  • Additional lakes include Goose and Horseshoe.  
  • The St. Croix River may be accessed a few miles east using either Old Ferry or Old Government roads.

  • Hinckley Fire Museum and Memorial - http://hinckleyfiremuseum.com/ - Located in downtown Hinckley this museum explores the events of the Great Hinckley fire of September 1, 1894. About 30 minutes north on interstate 35.
  • Biking trails – The old rail bed has been turned into miles and miles of hiking/biking trails.  North Branch, MN
  • Wild Mountain - http://www.wildmountain.com/  - Water Rides, Alpine slides and Go-Karts – Taylors Falls, MN a short 13 mile drive.

  • Hike or Bike the Sunrise Prairie Trail - Old Highway 61 is used for the MS 150 and is great biking road with wide shoulders. There are 25 miles of paved trail that follows the old Burlington Northern route which starts in North Branch located 12 miles south.
